Fuego Maastricht operates without any social media presence. We do not collect data from social media platforms, and we do not share your data with social media companies. All communication happens exclusively through private email channels. This means your personal information is never exposed through public platforms, advertising networks, or social tracking tools. Any accounts claiming to represent Fuego on social media are unauthorised.

We may collect the following personal data when you interact with our website or purchase a ticket:

• Payment information (processed securely by our payment provider — we do not store card details)

• Date of birth or age verification data (to confirm you meet the 18+ age requirement)

We use your personal data for the following purposes:

• To process ticket purchases and send booking confirmations
• To notify waitlist subscribers when tickets become available

• To improve our website and services through minimal analytics

We retain your personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes outlined above, or as required by law. Ticket purchase records are kept for a minimum of seven years for tax and accounting purposes. Waitlist and email data is deleted within 6 months after the event concludes.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your data with social media platforms, advertising networks, or data brokers. We may share data with trusted third-party service providers (such as payment processors and our private email platform) solely to deliver our services. All third parties are contractually obligated to handle your data securely and in accordance with GDPR.

9. Age Verification

Fuego Maastricht is an 18+ event. We collect date of birth or verify your age at check-in using a valid government-issued photo ID. Age verification data is used solely to confirm eligibility for entry and is not retained beyond the duration of the event. ID details are checked on-site and are not stored digitally.

10. Cookies

Our website uses only essential cookies to ensure basic functionality. We do not use social media tracking pixels, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics tools that share data with external platforms. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings.
